Claims Committee
An independent Claims Committee consisting of three persons decides on applications filed with the General Settlement Fund for Victims of National Socialism.
ne member each is appointed by the Government of the United States of America and the Austrian Federal Government. These two members agree on the appointment of a chairperson.
The Claims Committee consists of Sir Franklin Berman (Chairman), G. Jonathan Greenwald as American representative and Dr. Kurt Hoffmann as Austrian representative.
